Refund policy

At Creative Vibes, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed after receiving the photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

•  Used or opened craft kits

•  Change of mind

•  Custom or handmade items

•  Items damaged after delivery

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
