Refund policy

If you would like to request a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Used items are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect or issue.

For UAE orders, approved returns may be sent back to our Dubai return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is from our side.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos or videos. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or refund.

For orders outside the UAE, returns may not always be possible due to shipping costs and logistics. Damaged or incorrect orders will be reviewed individually, and a refund or replacement may be offered without requiring a return.

Refunds are processed only after the request has been reviewed and approved.
