Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide. Orders ship from Dubai across the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain), the wider Gulf (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman), and internationally — including the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Egypt.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery worldwide on all orders over AED 200.
- Orders under AED 200 are charged a flat delivery fee of AED 30, always shown at checkout before payment — no surprise fees.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of your order being confirmed:
- UAE, Gulf & Europe: usually around 7–14 days.
- Other destinations: up to 3 weeks.
Many orders arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing or carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details where available so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
