Frequently Asked Questions
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide from Dubai — across the UAE and the wider Gulf, plus the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and more. Enjoy free delivery on every order over AED 200; below that, delivery is a flat AED 30.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on which option you shop. UAE Local Delivery items are ready products, delivered across the UAE in 2–3 working days. Worldwide items are made to order and ship directly from our factory, arriving in about 14–18 days, and we share tracking once your parcel ships. Country-by-country transit times are listed on our Shipping Policy page.
What craft kits do you offer, and are they beginner-friendly?
We specialise in beginner-friendly craft kits — paint by numbers, diamond painting, dot painting, punch needle and DIY painting tote bags, plus notebooks, coasters and more. Every kit comes with all the materials and clear step-by-step instructions, so they're perfect for first-timers and experienced makers alike.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, securely at checkout. Prices are shown in AED.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — please see our Refunds & Returns policy for full details. Unused items in original packaging can typically be returned within the stated window.
